How tuition works
We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the schedule. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's age and on the schedule you pick: three mornings, four mornings or the long day. We go through the figures with you on a tour.

Registration
A registration fee covers the enrollment file. It is due when you apply.
Holding a place
A place is held once we have your enrollment form and a deposit, and the deposit goes toward the first month's tuition. When a schedule is full, families join a waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly and paid by autopay through our parent portal. If another arrangement would help your family, tell us at the tour.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether state child care assistance works with our tuition. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do, and we would rather you ask before you apply.
Siblings
If you have more than one child at Aspen Grove, ask us on a tour how it works for your family.
Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a child leaves, so that we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment agreement says what happens to a month in progress.
Other costs
Outside tuition, there are two costs: materials for the year and the festivals. Each is explained in writing when you enroll.
Wool, beeswax, watercolors and baking supplies
Lanterns and shared food at the festivals

We go through the figures for your child's schedule in person, with no pressure to decide.
